Hammer Tiny House Community on Causey Street, Greensboro

This six house community was the first community of THCD. It was founded in 2018 after Tiny House Community Development received their 501c-3 status in 2015 and money had been raised to start the project. The land was donated by Teri Hammer to help kickstart the project. Every resident living in our supportive housing community feels safe and happy to have a house to call Home!
