Tiny House Community Development is a nonprofit 501(c)3 located in Greensboro, NC. The garden boxes are built as a part of our 16-24 week workforce development training program for individuals experiencing homelessness or formally homeless. All garden boxes are built to order and can be delivered. They are built with treated lumber and galvanized metal.

Chicken Coops

Tiny House Community Development is a nonprofit 501(c)3 and all coops are built by individuals experiencing homelessness or formally homeless, as a part of our 16-24 week workforce development training program. Coops are built to order and we require a 50% deposit and balance due once delivered.

Standard coop includes 4' side walls, choice of roof color, 1/2" hardware cloth, open roost, 4 nest boxes, 3' cedar sides, and solid cedar back.

Tiny houses

Tiny House Community Development through it's Workforce Development and Construction Education program is building finished frames to sale to the public. Our tiny house finished frames are built to the NC Residential Building Code and can be used as primary residence, Airbnb's, accessory dwellings and a lot more. They are built by students, individuals experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless.

We currently build studios and one bedroom tiny houses 12' by 40' and can be custom designed with help from our design staff and interns.
